Specialist catering and event management company, Gourmet Foods, launches a new specialist vegan menu

Gourmet Foods, based in Knowle (Solihull), have recently launched a new specialist menu containing an array of vegan-friendly culinary delights.

Having specialised in providing luxurious, purse friendly catering to a wide variety of audiences for over 25 years, Gourmet Foods has now designed a dedicated vegan menu to provide world-class catering options for this growing market.

This new finger buffet menu contains several dishes, all made using locally sourced, vegan produce.

From a sumptuous sandwich selection, including avocado, mustard and mango, to falafel, edamame beans, red onion jam and vegetable hummus fillings, to an array of buffet items including vegan spring rolls, three bean chilli and smoked paprika hummus – there’s something to suit every requirement in this new offering.

Founder and Owner of Gourmet Foods, Fenella de Minckwitz, says “no longer to people need to worry about ‘fussy eating’. Whether we’re providing catering for a corporate event, lunch for company and its staff, party food or anything in between, any requirement can be catered for with ease”.
