Fenella de Minckwitz
Fenella has been in outside catering for over twenty-five years. She was trained by Daphne Holden and Rosemary Hume at the celebrated Cordon Bleu cookery school, Winkfield Place. After a time working in the restaurant trade, Fenella decided to set up her own business, Flavours, before acquiring Gourmet Foods in 1994.
‘The most rewarding part of my job is listening to people’s ideas and then turning them into reality. We have catered for hundreds of marquee functions in the last ten years – each one of them providing a new challenge. At the heart of our service lies our dedication to excellent food prepared with the highest quality ingredients, however, the team are always willing to go the extra mile, whether it be sourcing the perfect ice sculpture or creating a tailor-made recipe.’
Our supervising staff have many years of combined experience and have built up good relationships with our regular clients. The very high standard of our services is testified to in the many letters we receive from those we cater for.
